This policy outlines how refunds are handled for purchases made via Paddle.
If you are dissatisfied with your subscription within 14 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] with your Paddle Order ID and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are only available for the first purchase of a subscription. Renewals and upgrade downgrades are not eligible.
Submit a request through the in-app form or e-mail within the trial period including:
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-7 business days. Funds will return via the original payment method.
Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
